Back and neck pain can affect daily life - and not in a good way! Particularly if you spend a lot of time at a desk or in a car, you may notice the effects in your body. In this session you will learn how to use yoga poses to stretch and release tight muscles and also how to create improved postural support to prevent feelings of fatigue. Your back and neck will thank you!

In addition to the relief provided immediately in the session, you will receive a handout with the poses we cover in class so you can continue to practice the ones you find most helpful. These simple, yet highly effective poses will help you feel your best each and every day!
