In this session, you will learn how yoga can reset your nervous system so stress and anxiety so you can take a break from stress and anxiety! This calming and soothing yoga practice will provide you with gentle movements to work out stress-related stiffness and a deep relaxation to let your mind and body experience some much-needed time away from day-to-day concerns. 

In addition to the relief provided immediately in the session, you will receive a handout with the tools we cover in class so you can continue to use the ones you find most helpful. With these simple, yet extremely effective tools, you will be able to experience relief from stress and anxiety any time.
