TOPIC: Yoga Therapy

Yoga can be used a therapeutic tool for concerns of many kinds. We can address stress and anxiety, or back and neck pain. We can address PTSD or mood-balancing tools to use during a long-term illness. During a one-on-one session, we can even work on strength and mobility if you are recovering from a recent injury or surgery (as long as your doctor has cleared you for physical activity).

As a result of your session, you will have a better understanding of how your body moves and how movement can support your current concerns.

After the retreat, you will receive a follow-up email with a short video so you can continue to practice at home.

You will also receive a small sample of an essential oil that can help support your specific concerns.
