NINE Retreat is a transformative experience created by women, for women. It is a week long, all inclusive, wellness experience focused on mental, physical and emotional health.
Participants of NINE can expect workshops and experiences related to:
Physical wellness including yoga, obstacle courses and nutrition
Mental wellness including meditation, therapy and healing circles
Professional development and financial advice
Personal development such as discovering your identity and purpose
Discussions on boundaries, expectations and communication
Bonding and friendship opportunities
With only 36 spots available, NINE is an intimate experience where you are paying to be seen and heard, to connect with strong women, and to learn valuable practices that will help you live happier and healthier in the long run.
Your meals, accommodation, and adventure day are ALL INCLUDED in the price. All you have to do is book your travel and set aside money for any activities you may want to do during free time. Many of these activists are free or very affordable.
The NINE Woman
A prospective participant of NINE is a woman willing to step out of her comfort zone to gain more clarity, focus and compassion in both her personal and professional life. She’s excited about forming new friendships and open to challenging her perspective and routine. Her intentions are pure and her outlook is hopeful. Every woman entering NINE is in a different place, position and state-of-mind but we all come together with the common goal of self betterment and sisterhood.
NINE Retreat is consistently staged at beautiful and serene lodgings set-away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This year, we'll be staying at a luxury resort, Sage Lodge, in Montana near Yellowstone National Park. Accomodations are included in your registration. NINE Retreat invites the most inspiring women to share their stories, life experiences, and expertise. Meals + Snacks
All of your meals and snacks are included in your registration. When you register, we will ask for any dietary restrictions and allergies and will do our best to accommodate! We always have vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. At NINE, we always have a licensed therapist available for you to talk to.

We always plan for at least 2 hours of free time each full day. This way, you can explore the property, go hiking, get a massage at the spa, take a nap, read a book, journal by the pond, meditate, go for a drive...the possibilities are endless!
